When times get tough, make a happy list

Reaching your goals is a daily hard work. I won’t tell you it’s going to be easy, but I can tell you how much it’s going to be worth it.

I hope after reading this new blogpost, you will feel better, brighter and stronger. I feel you, I’m in the same boat, and when I feel like this, I make sure to get out as soon as possible of this vicious and overwhelming zone.

A Happy list makes you feel better day by day and shows you how much you have enough reasons to be happy again and worry less.

Here are few things that boost my mood and bring me better vibes:

  1. Waking up to a sunny day
  2. Early morning tea
  3. Laying in bed after a long day at work
  4. Eating your favourite food
  5. Having a hot shower
  6. Meditating
  7. Driving while the sun is shining and you have your windows down
  8. Laughing out loud with your best friend
  9. Having a refreshing glass of lemonade while enjoying the summer weather
  10. Having a hug from your boyfriend
  11. Receiving a text from your favourite person
  12. Read a book
  13. Go for a run in the park
  14. Early workout while everyone is still asleep
  15. Clean and organise your place
  16. Stay in bed and watching your favourite series
  17. Call your mom
  18. Do something nice for someone else
  19. Put some music on and dance!
  20. Get enough sleep

When life puts you in tough situations, don’t say « Why me », say « Try me ».
